Deborah Ann Moore

Affectionately known as Debbie, of New Castle, DE, passed away on July 28, 2013 at Christiana Hospital. She was 55. Born in Pennsville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Flanegan and Francis Heller.

For many years, she performed work as a toll collector for the DE Memorial Bridge. Debbie's passion was being a homemaker and enjoying life for the moment. She especially enjoyed beautifying her home, collecting knick-knacks, reminiscing on the good times throughout her life, and always being hopeful for a better future.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Thomas G. Moore of Havre de Grace, MD, John R. Moore of New Castle, DE and daughter, Alexis S. Elam of New Castle, DE; sisters and brother, Betty Jo Norris, Ruth Dunham, Fae Mowers, and Steve Fogg of NJ; and five grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, Joseph "Tudor" Fogg.

Debbie's children will perform a private memorial service in the manner they believe Debbie would have enjoyed.

Debbie's life can be summed up in three words: DREAM, LIVE, LOVE.
