Beverly Covey Obituary
Beverly A. Covey, 69, of Claymont, passed away on August 7, 2013 at home with her family by her side.
Mrs. Covey is survived by her husband of 51 years: Roy I. Covey; 5 children: Laurie Sisk of Felton, DE, Roy I. Covey Jr. of Upland, PA, Sandra Pfarner of Claymont, Penny Jo Nagy of Upland, PA and Dawn Marie Rowley of North Carolina; 1 sister: Harriett Mingus of Swarthmore, PA; 14 grandchildren: Nicole Sisk, Robert "B.J." Covey, Roy "T.C." Covey, Jackie Nagy, Samantha Covey, Shawn Nagy, Michael Rowley, Stephon Rowley, Thomas Rowley, Justin Griggs, Lisa Rowley, LeRoy Pfarner, Patrick Murray and Joseph Thorton; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents: Howard T. Zebley and Pearl G. Anderson; and sisters: Mary Zebley and Shirley Christopoulos.
A funeral service will be Monday morning, August 12, at 11 am at the GEBHART FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703. Burial will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday morning from 9 to 11 am.
