AGE: 90 • Newark
Ernest D. Lamborn, Jr., known affectionately as "Ernie" and "Bud", age 90, of Newark, DE, passed away at home on Saturday, November 23, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth "Betty" Lamborn and 2 sons, Dixon and Chandler.
The family expresses their sincere thanks to all the family and friends that have stopped by to visit and lend support and to the staff of Delaware Hospice for the excellent care they provided to Ernie.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no viewing and interment will be held privately. A Celebration of Life will be held after the first of the year and will be announced at a later date in a full obituary.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Center, 2nd Floor, Newark, DE 19711.
