William H. Swartz, Jr., age 71 of Wilmington, DE, formerly of New York, NY, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the Wilmington Hospital.

William was born in New York, NY, son of the late William H., Sr. and Margaret Farmer Swartz. He graduated from The Hotchkiss School in 1961 and Yale University in 1965. He received his MBA from Columbia University.

He was a financial analyst and worked for the J.P. Morgan Bank in New York City and then in Wilmington, Delaware.

William is survived by his former wife, Susan Swartz of Wilmington, DE, his sister Kileen Durand of Longmont, CO, one nephew and two nieces.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
