Olivia Roane Obituary
AGE: 82 • Wilmington
Left us silently and slipped away surrounded by her loving children on August 31, 2015. Wife of Matthew S. Roane; mother of Lawrence, Cedric, Sharon Beamer (Kenneth) and Bernett. She is also survived by sister-in law Constance Johnson, 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, her adopted church family, Elder Eddie, Lynette, Ashlyn & Eric Moore and a host of other family and friends. Funeral 11AM, Fri., Sept. 4th at The Resurrection Center, 3301 N. Market St., viewing 9-10:45AM, only. Burial, Gracelawn Memorial Park.

My condolences to the family on the passing of Olivia. I have fond and precious memories of Libby during times of worship & fellowship at the old 8th Street Baptist Church where I met her. Such a sweet spirit in her and a calmness I'll never forget.

My sympathy is extended to the family of my friend, Libby. Regret missing her homegoing service. I have wonderful memories of the times we shared together. She was truly a special person and will be greatly missed. I know she is rejoicing with Jesus...the life she led spoke for her.

Ms Libbey I'm going to miss you I will always remember our time we spent together a few months ago laughing about things. I know you are resting in the arms of Jesus. Rest on mother until we meet again
