Mary T. (nee Barrett) Shea Mary T. (nee Barrett) Shea of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia and Yeadon, PA, passed away on July 14, 2014. Mary was born in South Philadelphia, the third of eight children to the late Catherine and Edward Barrett. In addition to her parents and husband, John P. Shea, she was preceded in death by her son, Edward and grandson, Mark Galle. Mary is survived by her children, Mary Galle (Ginger), Kathleen, James and Martin Shea. She is also survived by her sister, Selina, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She will also be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Services: Friends and family may visit on Friday July 18, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 a.m. on Friday morning at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 4701 Weldin Road, Wilmington. Interment: will follow at Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers: donations may be made to Delaware Hospice, 16 Polly Drummond Center, 2nd Floor, Newark, DE 19711. I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I just found out today. Loosing someone you love is always difficult but just know that people are thinking of you.

We just want to say how sorry we are for your loss. Mary has been a customer for years and we have been dealing with Kathleen for the last few years, she was a very nice lady, and will surely be missed.
