Fisher, Thelma T.* - Norwood  
1934-2015 Thelma T. Fisher of Norwood passed away on June 23, 2015 at the age of 80. She was the daughter of the late Patrick and Dorothy (nee Gimber) Fisher. Thelma retired from General Electric after 37 years of service. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, needlepoint and especially loved animals. In her leisure time she loved to travel. Thelma was predeceased by her siblings; Patrick Fisher (Jane), Rita Nowrey (Thomas), Doris Shields (George) and Jean Fulmer. She is survived by her many loving and caring nieces, nephews and her brother in law William Fulmer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 10:00a.m. to the start of her funeral mass at 11:00a.m. in the Church of St. Gabriel, Mohawk Ave., Norwood. Interment : SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Delaware County S.P.C.A., 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.

Leahan, Thomas F.* - Collingdale  
1930-2015 Thomas F. “Tom” Leahan, age 84, of Collingdale, PA, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Tom was a 1949 graduate of Lower Merion High School and attended Penn State University. Tom was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean War and was stationed at Sampson Air Force base in Geneva, NY. Tom was the proud owner/operator of Glenwood Builders. In his later years, Tom continued working alongside his son Jeff at Westmont Beverage and then Woodlyn Cleaners and Laundromat, retiring in 2013. Tom was a member and past master of Williamson-Corinthian Masonic Lodge No. 368. Tom was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan, especially cheering on the Eagles. He was devoted to his family and was affectionately known as Pop-Pop. Pop-Pop enjoyed trips to Sea lsle City, NJ, and New England. Tom also enjoyed reunions in various locations with his lifelong Air Force buddies. Most of all, Pop-Pop cherished spending time with his family. Husband of the late Doris Mousley Leahan, who died in 2013, and brother of the late Donald G. Leahan. Survivors: 2 Sons: Thomas F. (Patricia Roth) of Media, PA and Jeffrey K. (Anne) Leahan of Edgmont, PA; Daughter: Karen J. (Bruce) Mazzella of Media, PA; 3 Grandchildren: Scott (Jamie), Jeffrey (Jenny) and Kortne; Nephew: Mark E. Leahan. Service of the Burial of the Dead: Wednesday at 11:30AM at Christ Episcopal Church, 311 S. Orange Street, Media, PA 19063. Visitation: Wednesday from 9:00-10:30AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte.#352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063, where a Masonic Service will be held at 10:30AM. Mills, Jacqueline H. (Hildebrand)* - Springfield  
Jacqueline H. Mills (nee Hildebrand), age 87, of Springfield, PA, passed away on June 6, 2015. Born in Douglas, AZ, she was the daughter of the late William G. and Gladys Marie Hildebrand (nee Buckmaster). Jacqueline was a graduate of Ursuline Academy in Galveston, TX, and a graduate of the University of Texas School of Nursing. Jacqueline is survived by her children Karen J. Heron, Maureen M. (Dr. William) Blakemore, Lew Anne (Michael) Cook and Lewis Craig Mills. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tim, Megan, Kelly, Melissa, Jackie, Maggie, Michael, Ivy and her 7 great-grandchildren Lilly, Rylee, Ethan, Dylan, William, Eliza and Jason. Morrow, Marianne K.* - Delaware County  
1948-2015 Marianne K. Morrow, 86, died on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015. She was born in Oberndorf (Schweinfurt) Germany and came to the United States in 1948. Marianne was a Pharmacy Technician, worked and retired from Eckerd Drugs in South Carolina, where she had lived with her brother Karl until his passing away. She loved doing crossword puzzles and was a nature lover. She is survived by her daughter, Dolores Furman of Cochranville, PA, her son, David Morrow of Knoxville, TN, her grandchildren, Jason Furman, Rob Morrow, Julie Kendrick and Jennifer Dzermejko, her brothers, Wilhelm Koeth of Dittlebrun. Powers, Charles E.* - Essington  
1927-2015 Charles E. Powers Charles Powers, 87, of Essington, passed on June 26, 2015 at Taylor Hospital. He was a bartender locally for many years. He was a big fan of the Phillies and loved his animals. He walked a lot in the neighborhood and fed the squirrels and dogs treats on his walks. Charles is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Viola Powers, and was a brother to 6 brothers and sisters. Charles is survived by his wife Cheryl, sons Robert and John, daughter Lisa Bonnaro and grandson Jason Bonnano. Services will be held at James F. Knoetgen Funeral of Morton, PA (Rte. 420) on Saturday July 11, 2015, visitation will begin at 10AM, followed by his funeral service at 12PM. Stamboulidis, Anna* - Port Jefferson  
1926-2015 Anna Stamboulidis (nee Anna Kirifides) passed away on June 29, 2015 in Port Jefferson, NY. Anna was born to Paul and Elizabeth Kirifides in Athens, Greece on January 27, 1926. She grew up in Chester, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Chester High School with the Class of 1945. Although petite in stature, quiet and unassuming, she had a smile big enough to brighten anyone’s day, and a great heart that made her unwaveringly loyal to family and friends. She married Konstantinos G. Stamboulidis in 1963 and they had one child. Anna lived most of her married life in New York and New England, but her hometown of Chester always held a special place in her heart. Anna was the sister of Lazarus P. Kirifides, Mary Andreades, and the late Helen Mears. Anna is survived by her daughter, Maria. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 7, at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Road, Media. Visitation will begin at 10; the funeral service will begin at 11. Memorial contributions may be sent to the University of Michigan, Classical Studies, 2160 Angell Hall, 435 South State Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-1003, for the Konstantinos and Anna Stamboulidis Fund for Classical Arts and Culture (Fund Number 731972).

Whitehead, Martha Jane* - Ridley Park  
1917-2015 Martha Jane Whitehead, 98, a 40 plus year resident of Ridley Park, passed away on June 29, 2015. Born in Pitman, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Fulton and Martha Souder Whitehead. She lived in Germantown before moving to Ridley Park. Jane was employed by Ewing Cole as an administrative assistant for over 30 years. She was a past member and welcomed visitor of Ridley Park United Methodist Church, Young at Heart and Ridley Park Seniors. Jane enjoyed needlepoint and playing poker but especially loved time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren and her cat, Sparky. She was predeceased by her daughter, Margaret Ann Scholtz and her brothers, Herbert “Fulton” Whitehead, Jr. and Paul Whitehead. Jane was the grandmother of Marta J. DeVoll (Bryan), Charles J. “Chaz” Scholtz and Betts M. Ryan (Brian); she is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great great granddaughters. 1962-2015 John J. Ciaranca, age 53 of Folcroft and The Villas N.J., passed away suddenly on June 29, 2015. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Dougherty); Dear father of Kimberly (John), John “LJ”, Sarah, Cecily, Brian and Johnny Stokes. Beloved son of John M. and Patricia (nee D’Allesandro) Ciaranca; brother of Lisa (Adam), Joseph (Dana) and Steven (Kimberly); also survived by four grandchildren Landin, Naomi, Nicholas and Wyatt. John was predeceased by his Aunt Louise whom he and his wife cared for. An auto mechanic John loved motorcycles, the beach, fishing, muscle cars, his dogs and music. He was a horticultural enthusiast and a member of Liberty New Years Brigade and Murray NYB for over twenty years. Kulp, Anna R.* - Secane  
Secane Anna R. Kulp (nee Barnes), of Secane, PA passed away on June 26, 2015, she was 95 years old. She was the daughter of Walter and Anna Barnes of Philadelphia. Anna was predeceased by her husband, George Gilbert Kulp, her brother Charles Barnes, and her sister Mildred Sweeney. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her three children, Carol Moore (Robert), George Kulp (Karen), and Bonnie Wirstad (Tom). She was a Secane resident for 45 years, and a Clifton resident for 10. She loved spending time with her family and moved around to visit them on a regular basis. Anna had a long and wonderful life journey. A private burial is planned.
