Frank Hibbs Obituary

Frank S. Hibbs, 89 Frank S. Hibbs, 89, passed away June 25, 2013 at his home. Born in Morrisville, Pa, he resided in Brookhaven, Pa, for many years before moving to Newtown Square, Pa, 6 years ago. He graduated from Collingdale High School. He was a career long Manager for Westinghouse before hi s retirement. Frank was a kind and caring family man who was a loving and dedicated husband to his wife. He enjoyed cooking, sports, wood working, and fishing. He was a coffee connoisseur and loved his dog, Bailey. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family. He was a proud WWII veteran of the United States Coastguard. He will be deeply missed. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 46 years before her passing in 1997, Ruth C. Hibbs; his parents Oliver and Sophia Hibbs; son Scott Hibbs; siblings George Hibbs and Elaine Spellacy. Survivors: his daughter Wanda (Chris) Costello and his granddaughter Niki (Jeff) Morett. Graveside service: Friday 11am Mt. Hope Cemetery, 4010 Concord Rd., Aston, Pa, 19014.
