Dear Mary Joyce, Lisa, Megan and Michael,
I was saddened to hear of Gene's passing a few days ago. He was a phenomenal neighbor to my parents, Walter and Celia Bateman. Gene brought so much joy to them with his generosity, kindness, and of course, his sense of humor. I will always remember him pulling up in his white truck after a day of work, and then putting on those running shoes and going for a run! We were blessed to have Gene in our lives for so many years. May fond memories get you through this very difficult time.
Much love,
Lynn Hickey and family
