Agnes Theresa Luglio Agnes Theresa Luglio died at Buena Vida Estates in West Melbourne, FL on May 4, 2013 at the age of 95. She was a longtime resident of Media, PA and a part-time resident of Barefoot Bay, FL for 18 years until relocating full time to Buena Vida in 1998. She was a long time member of the Nativity BVM Catholic Church in Media, PA. During World War II she was a "Conductorette" on the Red Arrow Trolleys in suburban Philadelphia. She enjoyed volunteer work at thrift shops, swimming, walking, shuffleboard and playing cards, bingo and board games. She competed in the Delaware County Senior Olympics and won the Shuffleboard Championship at age 79. At Barefoot Bay she was an active member of numerous social and recreational clubs, and the Merry-Makers Funtime Band that entertained many organizations. Agnes was the daughter of Mary A. (Kane) and Albert F. Evans, and the wife of Thomas J. Luglio, who died in 1976. Survivors: a son, Thomas J. Luglio, Jr. (Loretta) of Quakertown, PA, and granddaughter Jocelyn C. Luglio (Megan Barry) and great-grandson Benny Luglio of Madison, WI. Memorial Service: will be held at the Jay Carter Chapel, 2127 W. New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, FL on Tuesday, May 21, at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers: donations in Agnes's name would be appreciated to the Buena Vida Foundation, 2129 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, FL 32904. Interment: will be in Calvary Cemetery in Media at a later date.
