Augusta Toole

Augusta Ulmann "Gussie" Toole, age 90 Augusta Ulmann "Gussie" Toole, age 90, of Riddle Village, Media, PA and formerly of Upper Providence Township, PA, died Sunday, January 12, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Toole was a graduate of Glen-Nor High School and the University of Pennsylvania, earning a BS Degree in Chemistry. Mrs. Toole was employed with Rose Tree Media School District, as a bus driver. Gussie volunteered at Media Upper Providence Library and Middletown Township Library. She appreciated the outdoors and was a nature lover. Gussie enjoyed reading, and was a creative person who enjoyed cross stitch and crafts. A loving, wife, mother and grandmother, she most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Toole was the wife of the late W. Hugh Toole who died in 2003; and sister of the late Edward Ulmann. Survivors: Daughter: Nancy West (Larry Jr.); Four Sons: Bruce, Brian (Rita Ramsey) Michael (Tina) and Randy (Lisa) Toole; Seven Grandchildren: Ian and Ryan Toole, Kaleigh and Andrew Toole, Erika and Jeffrey West and Callum Toole; Sister-in-law: Bettye Ulmann and her family. Memorial Service: Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rt.#352) & Knowlton Roads, Middletown Township, Media, PA Visitation: Saturday, after 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
