So sorry to hear this, Chris, Doug and the rest of the family. I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr. Bill Miller originally from Hazleton, PA the heartland of working America and home to such people as Digger Phelps; Jack Palance and Jim Thorpe, will be missed by many people far and wide. He made several trips to Hawaii and was always cheerful, friendly and approachable. A gentleman of the old school and his passing is symbolic of another loss from the greatest generation. His many friends in Hawaii join me in extending to his family our heartfelt sympathy.

God Bless Bill Miller! The Gaitley Family expresses its deepest sorrow on his passing and extends our profound sympathies to Bill and Doug and their families. Mr. Miller, along with Mrs Miller or sweet memory, was much beloved in our family. We shall miss him, as we do Jo, always.
