I tried many cases against Don and each time I knew that Don was a smart litigator who knew the law, mastered the facts and represented his clients well. Above all Don was ethically impeccable. He was a beacon of professionalism. We will miss him and our thoughts are with his family.

I was saddened to hear of Don's passing. Don worked with my father and brother at McEldrew and Hanamirian for many years and I know from speaking to them that Don was a true professional. I would run into Don infrequently once I became an attorney and I took advantage of each meeting as a chance to talk about the "good old days". May god bless you and your family and help see you through this difficult time.

Cyndi,

I was shocked to hear of Don's passing. Only last week, Ann and I enjoyed his 2013 recap with his classic Scace humor. I have only good memories of days at Lafayette, your trip to our area to watch Brad play baseball in 1994 and discussions with Don about the benefits of time at the Jersey Shore. Our thoughts are with you and your children during this time of loss.

I lived on Gardner Ave in Glenolden and Don was one of my best friends as a little boy. We moved when I was in 4th grade and I only saw him a few times after that. Don got sick from eating a whole bag of potato chips as a first or second grader and would never eat them again in the time I knew him. A story I have recounted to many people who got sick of other things. I'm so sorry my family moved so much when I was young and I lost track of so many nice people.
