Gertrude Coyle

Gertrude "Bunnie" (nee Morris) Coyle, 90 Bunnie Coyle, a longtime resident of Springfield died July 8, 2013 at her home. She was born in Darby, PA and attended Collingdale High School where she played basketball. A former resident of the Westbrook Park section of Upper Darby, Bunnie was a 53 year resident of Springfield. Bunnie was employed at Sears for 24 years as a department manager and customer service manager. She was a member of the Springfield AARP for many years and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. Mrs. Coyle was predeceased by her husband William "Bill" J. Coyle, Sr. who died in 2010 and her son William J Coyle, Jr. who died in 2009. Survivors: She is survived by her sons Brian Coyle of West Chester and Dennis Coyle of Springfield; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; her sister Rose Gallagher and her brother Raymond Morris. She will be missed by other family and friends. Funeral Mass: Thursday, July 11th, 10:00AM, St. Francis of Assisi Church Visitation: Thursday after 9:00AM in the church. Burial: SS.
