Isabella F. Boyer

Deaconess Isabella F. (nee Fuller) "MeMe" Boyer, age 83 Deaconess Isabella F. (nee Fuller) "MeMe" Boyer, age 83 of Chester, Pa. entered into eternal life on April 20, 2013 at Crozer-Chester Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. MeMe, as she was so affectionately called, was born in Chester, Pa. to the late Henry Fuller and Ella Williams Fuller and educated in the Chester public schools, having graduated from Chester High School and Carver School of Business in Philadelphia, Pa. She was employed at Delaware County Courthouse in Media, Pa. for 45 years in the Department of Recorder of Deeds, Public Relations and Office of Consumer Affairs. Throughout her years of service, she was a recipient of numerous awards and certificates of appreciation for her dedication, support, and overall commitment to excellence. After her retirement she was employed part time at ChesPenn Health Service as Administrative Receptionist. Mrs. Boyer was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she served as a deaconess, sang on the Pastor's Aids Choir, member of the Sisterhood Organization and Carolina Club. "MeMe" loved to cook, entertain her family, sing, and dance. She was an avid reader and enjoyed doing both word puzzles and picture puzzles. In addition to her parents, Isabella was also pre-deceased by her sister Edna Fuller Church and her brother Samuel Fuller. Her beautiful memory will be cherished by her husband Deacon King David Boyer, Sr., her children: Diana A. Boyer-Hall (James C.), King David Boyer, Jr. (Felicity), and Rev. Belindia E. Boyer, 4 grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Service: Saturday, April 27. 2013, 10:00 am, at Temple Baptist Church, 736 W. 7th St., Chester. Viewing: 8:00 - 10:00 am.
