Leo was born October 1, 1924 in Wilkes-Barre, PA, the third child of William and Anna O'Donnell Tosline. He grew up with his 9 brothers and sisters and loved playing baseball and football with his neighborhood leagues. Growing up, Leo also loved airplanes and trains. After his military service, Leo worked in Aircraft Technician roles at Lockheed and then at TWA. Leo also loved to travel- visiting both Ireland and Sicily to meet his extended family.
He was a passionate football fan, supporting the Eagles, Cleveland Browns and Notre Dame. In 1963, he married his sweetheart Rosemary Moore at Holy Savior Church in Wilkes-Barre, PA and they were married for 50 happy years until Rosemary passed away on March 2, 2013. Together they had three children, Mary, Patrick and Ann. Leo was a devoted husband, father and grandfather; he is already so sadly missed by his family.
