Mario M. Barbone Obituary
Mario M. Barbone, 77 Mario M. Barbone, 77, of Upper Chichester, PA, died suddenly on September 25, 2013 at home. Born to the late Michele and Maria Felicia Barbone, he was a longtime resident of Upper Chichester, previously residing in South Philadelphia. An Army veteran, he was a longtime employee retiring from Sun Oil in Marcus Hook. Mario was devoted to his faith and a member of St. John Fisher Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. His hobbies included summers at the Jersey shore and fishing. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Wilson who died in 1995 and a son, Michael J. Barbone who died in 2007, 7 siblings, Ralph, Matt, Tony, Michael, Rido, Frank and Anne Barbone, Survivors: Wife of 53 years, Gladys Snyder Barbone, children, Debbie (Bill) Swierczek, Richard J. (Kelley) Barbone and David J. (Staci) Barbone, grandchildren, Kelsey, Stephanie, Tori, Tyler, Jackson and Luke. Funeral Mass: Saturday, September 28, 2013, 10:00AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA 19061 Visitation: Saturday, 8-9:45AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church.
