Mildred Agnes Campanaro Obituary
Mildred Agnes "Millie" Campanaro Mildred Agnes "Millie" Campanaro, passed away peacefully at Crestview Center, Langhorne, PA on November 5, 2012 at the age of 87. Millie is pre-deceased by her husband Albert Campanaro; her 3 brothers Sam, Fred and Dom; and her parents, Anthony and Anna Giannascoli. Millie was born in Philadelphia, PA in 1924. She worked as a riveter at the Philadelphia Naval Yard and as a cashier at Penn Fruit grocery store. Millie loved cheering for the Phillies and Eagles, even when they lost, playing cards, crosswords and reading. Survivors: Millie is lovingly remembered by her children Marieann (Mitchell) Baron of Langhorne, PA, Carl (Debbie) Campanaro of Denton, TX and Nancy (Michael) Feverston of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren Jennifer Baron, Rachel Grimm, Megan Baron, Chris Campanaro, Katie Moore, Sara and Jana Feverston; as well as five great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 11 AM at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church, 233 Mohawk Avenue, Norwood, PA 19074 with Fr. Sam Verruni officiating. Interment with Deacon Guy to follow at Holy Cross cemetery. Visitation Monday 10 to 11 AM in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars, 406 W. 34st, Kansas City, MO 64111 or Salvation Army, 701 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19123.
