Bernard J. Friel died September 21, 2012.
He was a Marine Corps veteran who served in Viet Nam and later worked at the Conoco-Phillips Refinery in Marcus Hook, PA.
Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Patricia (Ellis) Friel; his sons Brian P. Friel and Michael T. (Allison) Friel; his granddaughters Mary and Erin; his brothers James Friel, Tommy Friel, Kevin Friel; his sisters Ann Friel and Patricia Toner.
Viewing: There will be a viewing Monday, 5PM, O'Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064 and Tuesday, 9AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Springfield, PA
Service: Funeral Mass, Tuesday, 11AM, St. Francis of Assisi Church
Burial: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery
