I grew up in Ivybank with Charlie, he was always a good laugh and was always a happy-go-lucky fella. Glad he never lost that across the pond. May all the kind words on here keep all his family warm on their dark times. god bless you all.

Shocked to hear the news about charlie. Fond memories of charlie whilst living in philly in ' 98. Always going out of his way, so kind. Felt close to home when he was around. Blessings to his family that he left behind. Gone but never forgotten. Sincere condolences to dunlop and mc fadden families. It was a pleasure to have met him.

Charlie,I will miss talking to you on the phone,although it only happened a few times a year. It made my day whenever I got to talk and hear that laugh.

Shock and Sadness in hearing of the passing of Charlie. Spent many a day or night with him at Annie's Cafe, the young buck with his Tin Whistle in hand. Much laughter whenever he was in the room! Your husband and dad were going to do fix my electrical system and when we talked about the details, guess what we talked about? YOU!! Charlie lit up when he talked about his family and he told me how important you are to him--and how much it meant to be the father of this amazing little boy. Charlie was a good man. I walked at the Track with him in the summer and his pride and joy, little Charlie ,would play with my boys. I mostly saw Charlie at wawa where we would talk about the Chesapeake bay. Good guy , great father and a person i will always remember.

I met Charlie for the first time this year when he Nancy and little Charlie moved their boat to Great Oak Marina. Charlie was never without a smile or a "Hello their Big Man" for me ever time I walked past his boat. Our time knowing Charlie was cut way too short. Charlie my friend you will will be missed......

Charlie was a true friend and a rock of the Irish Community. I knew him as a young immigrant as well as an extremely successfuly business man. However, his finest moments could be seen in his love and devotion to his family. I am so sorry to hear the sad news about Charlie. I only met Charlie one time, but he was a very compassionate man who cared deeply for others.
