Christopher F. McCann Obituary
Christopher F. McCann Loving Father, Son, Companion and Brother Christopher F. McCann, of Newtown, formerly of Ridley Park died suddenly on April 29, 2014 at the age of 53. Christopher was born on March 26, 1961, and raised in Ridley Park. He was employed by The Boeing Company. Chris enjoyed coaching his three children at basketball. Following in his father's footsteps, he managed the game clock for what was the BIG 5 and Philadelphia 76ers. He enjoyed Carolina Blue Skies, sunshine, fishing and smiles from his beloved family and friends on Strathmere Beach. He was known for his charming personality and engaging smile that would light up the room. Chris will be missed by many. Chris was predeceased by his father, William McCann and sister Nancy Cerami. Survivors: Beloved son of Elizabeth Morrison, devoted father of Kelly McCann, Kristine McCann and Ryan McCann, loving companion of Jacqueline Milano, dear brother of William McCann Jr. (Lisa), Margaret McCann, and John McCann (Jackie), step-son of James Morrison, and also survived by the mother of his children, Linda McCann. Service/Mass: Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tues. eve., 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood and Wed., after 10:00 a.m. in the Church of Our Lady of Fatima, Secane, followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial: Interment Private preceded by Cremation with Confidence at Cavanagh's
