Danielle E. Hill-Celona Danielle E. Hill-Celona, 42 a former resident of Norwood, died suddenly surrounded by her family on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in Gainesville, Florida.Danielle was born on July 29th, 1969 and grew up in Norwood, PA Danielle was a fun-loving energetic personality with an unusually big heart and her goal in life was to make friends and family happy, she would do anything for anyone. Danielle graduated from Interboro High School in 1987, soon after; she started her 22 year career with UPS in Philadelphia.Danielle was an avid member of the Teamsters Union during her early years at UPS, where she worked her way up the company from package handing, to driver, to her goal as supervisor. Danielle was adored by all at UPS and she enjoyed her job and work family. Danielle was happiest when spending time with her family and friends; she was an extremely dedicated mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt niece and wife, as well as an incredible friend to many.Danielle had an uncanny knack to be able to touch many people in a positive light, whether it was her family, her friends, or a stranger walking by. Danielle will be sorely missed by many for the incredible positive contributions she made to the lives of the people she touched in her short time spent hereon Earth.Even in death, Danielle's true love an passion for giving showed. Danielle was able to give the gift of life by donation of her organs to five strangers. she will forever live on in the lives of strangers and her ever-so-close family and friends. She was the mother of Alyssa A. Celona of Norwood, PA, the daughter of Sandra Ryan and the late Robert Hill of Norwood, PA; the step-daughter of Francis "Poppy" Werkheiser, of Norwood, PA; the granddaughter of the late Jean Williams of Prospect Park, PA; the sister of Jackie Brown of Millsboro, DE, Scott P. Ryan of Norwood, PA and Jennifer K. Ryan of Prospect Park, PA; as well as the dedicated wife of her husband, Matthew Celona of Panama City Beach, FL. Danielle is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.Visitation: will be taken place on Tuesday evening, June 19th, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA Graveside Service and Burial: Will be private.
