Doris C. Avioli, 93, Doris C. Avioli, 93, a former resident of Havertown, died on March 16, 2013 at the Taylor Hospice House in Ridley Park surrounded by her loving family. Born in Elkton, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Fannie Mae Baker. Doris was a resident of Havertown for 48 years. She will be remembered for her beautiful gardens around her home, especially her beautiful roses; and her love for her dogs who were her constant companions. Doris was the wife of the late Michael Avioli and was predeceased by her son, Raymond. Survivors: Her daughter Toni Quirk and her husband, George; Her son Michael Avioli and his companion, Connie Hanson; Her grandchildren Michelle Nevin and her husband Ron, and Joseph Quirk and his wife Kelly; and her great-grandchildren Jennifer and Ashley Nevin. Memorial Service: Will be held on Thursday, March 21st, at 10:30 A.M. at The Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, in Norwood, Pa. 19074. Visitation: Will be on Thursday, from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M., at the funeral home. Burial: Will be private.
