Jeanne Knapp

Jeanne Knapp, age 86, Jeanne Knapp, age 86, of Media, PA., formerly of Aston, PA. died March 17, 2013. Born in Southport, NC. Jeanne known by some as "Geri" resided in Media, PA. for the past forty three years. She was a Nurse and worked at Riddle Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the Eddystone United Methodist Church. Jeanne enjoyed bowling, aerobics and summers spent in Lewes, Delaware. She was a member of the Aston Lioness Club and Marine Corps Ladies Auxiliary. She was pre-deceased by her husband the late Everett "Joe" Knapp and her son the late Daniel Detwiler also her grandson the late Monty Tillman. Survivors: daughters, Susan Tillman (Monty) of Media, PA. and Nancy Cloud of Washington State. Step-children, Michael Knapp and Jody Owens. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services: Thursday, 11:00 AM., at the Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home, 15 E.
