Lifelong Chester resident
Rosemary (Caratello) Palmer, age 71, a lifelong resident of Chester, died July 13, 2012.
Rosemary graduated from Chester High School and lived in the city her entire life. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rosemary enjoyed going to the casinos and vacationing in Wildwood, N.J.
She was the daughter of the late John and Rosemary (Riccardi) Caratello; wife of the late Jack Palmer; as well as sister of the late Vincent and Joey Caratello, Philomena (Sissy) Trice and Elizabeth (Becky) Rode.
Survivors: Children, Joseph Palmer (Ruth), Christine Palmer, Kathleen Marusco, Donna Zabilowicz and Lisa Palmer; brother, John (Sonny) Caratello; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Thursday in the Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, Ltd., 2316 Providence Ave., Chester.
Visitation: From 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood.
