Thomas Donald Higgins Of Macungie, formerly of Broomall, PA, where he resided for over 50 years Thomas Donald Higgins, on August 21, 2012, passed away peacefully at Whitehall Manor.Tom attended Sacred Heart Elementary in Manoa. He graduated from Haverford High School in 1953 and St. Joseph's College in 1957. Tom founded T.J. Associates, Inc. with his late wife Joan and his son John, in 1990. Some of his hobbies included golfing, hunting and coaching the Marple Jr. Tigers Football Team for over 25 years, but his greatest joy was his family.Pre-deceased by his wife Joan A. (nee Lynch); his son Donald J.; his brothers Jack, Joseph and Eugene Higgins; sisters Delores O'Kane, Annamarie Handline and Peggy Hough; and his parents John J. and Delores V. (nee Coyle) Higgins. Survived by his daughter Debra (John) Gober of Allentown; his son John (Colleen) of Broomall; 4 grandchildren Kelly (Samuel) Hudson and Lauren Gober, Samantha and Thomas Higgins; his brother Al; his sister, Jane Puttbach; his sisters-in-law Dottie and Barbara Higgins; many loving nieces and nephews.Visitation: Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday morning August 27th 10 to 11:15 AM at the D'Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008.
