James J. Mays Obituary
James J. Mays Retired IBEW Local #654 James J. Mays, age 68, of Rutledge, died April 1, 2014 peacefully at Taylor Hospice Residence. Jim was a 1963 graduate of St. James High School and attended Villanova University. He was a retired member of IBEW Local Union 654. Jim enjoyed music, dancing, and working on projects, big and small. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed sailing and beach time with his family and friends in Brigantine, NJ. Survivors: His loving wife: Julie Monahan-Mays; Children: James Mays (Jennifer), Jeffery Mays (Laurie), and Jill Mays Kashner; step-children: Andrew Monahan and Alicia Mahoney; sisters: Betty Jane Delozier and Patricia Ann Selvig; Grandchildren: Kyle and Stephen Kashner, Carly, Cole, Mark, Molly, and Jimmy Mays, Fiona and Liam Monahan and Lora Mahoney; and a great grandson, Abel Kashner. Visitation: Friday Evening, from 7-9:00p.m. and Saturday, from 8:15-9:15a.m., at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home Ltd., 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston Funeral Mass: Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 3255 Concord Road, Aston.
