Perry Evans, 60 Crozer Keystone Health Systems Employee Perry Evans, 60, of Chester, PA passed away on July 30, 2011 at the Hospital of the University of Penn. He was the son of the late Reginald Freeman and Mary Evans Freeman. Mr. Evans was born and raised in Chester, PA where he attended the Chester public schools. He served in the United States Air Force for 3 years. Mr. Evans graduated from Springfield College with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, a Master's Degree in Mental Health and a Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional. Prior to his death, he worked for Crozer Keystone Health Systems as a Drug and Alcohol Therapist for 7 years. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Ernestine Blackston Evans; 7 children, Patrick Pernsley, Janueve Blackston, Parris Blackston Sr., Kyle Blackston, Ondra Thomas, Melissa Sanutti, Janiah Johnson; Significant other, Pamela Wilson; brothers & sisters, Derrick W. Freeman, Marjorie Logan, Zaniel Freeman, Renee Freeman, Reginald Freeman, Gina Freeman, Sherita Freeman; 22 grandkids, 5 great-grandkids; a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
