Donald B. Noble Obituary
Donald B. Noble, 76 Donald B. Noble, 76, died on May 20, 2013 at his home in Springfield after an extended bout with cancer. Born in Boston, MA, Mr. Noble resided in Reading, MA before moving to Springfield, PA where he resided for 61 years. He was a 1956 graduate of Springfield High School. Mr. Noble was a mail carrier, working out of the Media Office until his retirement in 2001. Upon retirement he worked at Swarthmore College. Don was a member of the National Guard for 9 years. He was a car fanatic. Much of his spare time was spent attending car shows, rehabilitating antique vehicles, and participating in various car clubs in the area. Survivors: His wife of 49 years, Rose Marie (nee Malinowski) Noble, two sons, William Noble (Christine) of King of Prussia, PA, and Jim Noble (Gina) of West Chester, PA, three grandchildren, Bryson, Brianna, Gia and one step-grandson, David. Visitation/Service: Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday, May 31, after 10:00 am, at the Kovacs Funeral Home, Inc., 530 W. Woodland Avenue, Springfield, PA, 19064 until the time of his memorial service at 12:00 pm. Interment: will be private. Donations in his memory: May be made to Taylor Hospice, P. O.
