Jacqueline Baylous

DELAWARE - Jacqueline "Jacque" Jean Baylous, 53, of Delaware, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon April 14, 2014 at her residence.

She was born Jan. 20, 1961, in Columbus to the late Joseph O. Spillman and Effie (Shortridge) Spillman.

She attended Delaware Hayes and Buckeye Valley High School eventually receiving her GED and later graduated from Marion Technical College in 1998 with a degree in electrical engineering. She worked for Great Party, Dollar Zone, and Rainbow Apparel over the years. A true artist at heart, she loved doing pencil drawing.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving companion of almost 11 years Stan Rader of Delaware; daughter Barbara (Sean) Chick of Mansfield; son John Baylous of Marion and his companion Samantha; stepson Jeremy (Lisa) Baylous; grandchildren Dakota Chick, Thomas Kelley, Airanna Chick, Harley Baylous, Emma Lynn Chick, Landen Haynes, Makayla and Alexis Baylous, Jackson Tackett, Aaliyah Baylous, and Talisha, Sonja, Sheena and Tommy Baylous; brother David Franklin Spillman of Cardington; sister Barbara Ann Paul of Zanesville.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Monday April 21 at 7 pm at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center, 1510 W. William Street at Valleyside Drive, Delaware with Celebrant Don Lockwood officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services.
