Lenora M. Seville, 65, of Newark died Sunday evening (Nov. 18, 2012) at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville.
She was born on Feb. 4, 1947, to the late Joseph and Lecta (Smith) Compton. She was a collector for Alliance Data and a member of the Heath Eagles. Lenora loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spoiling them whenever she could. Lenora enjoyed crocheting, reading and camping. She also liked the holiday and especially enjoyed baking in anticipation of Christmas.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Lester Seville Jr. and they were married Nov. 1, 1977, in Grundy, Va.; sons, Bradley and Lester III both of Newark; daughter, Ruth Seville of Mount Vernon; grandchildren, McKayla and Tristan Stepleton, Emily McAlpine and Paige Colley; brother, Glenn (Becky) Hayes of Sunbury; sisters, Betty Mayhew of Sunbury, Mary Grant of Bradenton, Fla., and Jeanette (Doug) Hall of Pataskala.
She was preceded in death by brother, Delbert Compton.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Ohio 3 at 61, Sunbury. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sunbury Memorial Park with the Rev. Wayne Booth officiating.
