Wanda Jean Sisson

MARYSVILLE - Wanda Jean Sisson, 74, of Marysville, passed away late Tuesday evening April 15, 2014, at the Marion General Hospital.

She was born Feb. 17, 1940, in Columbus, Ohio to Robert Charles Newhouse and Ruth (Smith) Newhouse.

Wanda had worked 18 years as a finance specialist with Scott's in Marysville. She enjoyed traveling, RVing, reading, and boating. She liked to always be on the go. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 31 years Don; daughter Lisa (Mike) Workman of Ostrander; stepson Mike (Wendy) Sisson of Prospect; stepdaughter Sue (Richard) Ewing of Waldo; three grandchildren Heather, Scott and Jennifer; three stepgrandchildren Cory, Josh and Jess; three stepgreat-grandchildren Caleb, Bentley and Hayley; brother Charles "Chick" Newhouse of Dallas, Texas; nephew Aric Newhouse of Washington, D.C. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Byron Fryman and two sons Tracy Scott Fryman and Nelson "Tony" Fryman.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 19, from 1 – 3 p.m. at the Snyder Rodman Funeral Center, 1510 W. William Street at Valleyside Drive, Delaware.
