Christopher D. Westbrook, 53, passed away on Tuesday (Feb. 19, 2013) at the Cleveland Clinic after a brief illness.
He was born Dec. 29, 1959, in Delaware. Westbrook grew up in Ashley and graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985 with a business degree in IT. He was employed by Atos Consulting and Technology Services of North America and was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors. He was a lifelong member of Basshole Fishing Club.
He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Cynthia; children, Lauren, Matthew, and Joseph; father, Larry (Diane); father-in-law, John R. Myers; sisters, Michelle Demopolis and Stacey Westbrook; many other loving family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by mother, Nancy; sister, Kelly Schuette; and mother-in-law, Dorain Dockery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at Southwick-Good & Fortkamp Funeral Chapel, 3100 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43202. There will be private family inurnment.
