Emma Jones, 67, of Ashley, passed away Tuesday morning (Feb. 12, 2013) at the Wintersong Village Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 21, 1945, in Marion, to Charles and Mary (Coffey) Jones. She lived 62 years in Ashley and was a service assistant at many area restaurants. She also was a devoted member of the Ashley Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed puzzle books, crocheting and knitting.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her brother, Chester Jones of Missouri; sister, Ruthella Feltes of Arizona; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Don and Pat Baldwin of Ashley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral services Monday Feb. 18 at the Ashley Wesleyan Church, 305 E. High St., Ashley. Burial will follow in Ashley Union Cemetery.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the church.
