Paul Joseph Sesler (Joe), 82, of Delaware and formerly of Worthington, died Nov. 22, 2012.
He was born April 4, 1930, in Bellefontaine to the late Gail and Ruth (Steinberger) Sesler. Joe was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. Joe retired as vice president of National City Bank Trust Corporate Department (now PNC Bank). After retirement, he served as parish administrator at Trinity Episcopal Church, Columbus. He was an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Delaware.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; daughter, Anne (Bryan McCleary) of Cincinnati; sons, Mark (Audrey) of Anderson Twp., Ohio, and David A. Sesler of Lake Forest, Calif.; grandchildren, Matthew and Andrew Sesler and Christopher and Nicholas McCleary; brother, John "Jack" (Sandra) of Nevada; sister, Nancy Jane Tidwell of Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Richard.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 45 W. Winter St., Delaware, with the Rev. Charles Wilson officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. John's Episcopal Church, Worthington.
