DELAWARE - Eulalie M. Greene, 98, of Delaware, died June 4, 2014 in Willow Brook Christian Village. She was born June 8, 1915 in Indian Falls, N.Y. to Otto and Mattie (Ward) Cook.

She graduated from the Geneseo State Normal School in New York. A resident of Delaware since 1960, she was a retired teacher at Boardman and Smith Schools. She was a member of The First Presbyterian Church, PEO Sisterhood, AARP, Delaware Co. Retired Teachers Association, Cosmopolitan Club, Delaware Co. Historical Society and a volunteer at Grady Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by a son, Colin (Nancy) Greene of Mount Gilead, a daughter, Ann Young of Pendleton, S.C., many grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Maxson in 1991.

Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Deborah Patterson officiating.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 73 W. Winter St. or PEO Chapter CW, 1786 Berlin Station Road.
