Marilyn G. LeCroy, 67, of Sunbury, passed from this world on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 14, 2012) at Kobacker House in Columbus. She is now out of pain and suffering, and is in the presence of our Father.
She was born on April 25, 1945, in Wellston to the late James R. Bocook and Hazel Mae (Trace) Stewart. She was a member of the St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
She is survived by son, C. E. Mullikin; daughter, April Ford (Ted); two grandhildren, Jacob and Nikolaos Mullikin; one great-grandchild, Kian Millikin; sisters, Wanda (Willard) Sprouse and Linda Davis; aunts, Gladys Johnston, Norma Marquis and Edna Trace Stapleton; special nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Bill and Pat White, Danuta Carmichle, Vina Leslies and Donna Moore, whose love and caring made it possible for Marilyn to remain in her own home; also very loving Sister Julie and Mickey Ryan from St. John Neumann who brought her communion.
She was preceded in death by her loving sisters, Connie Jamison and Harlene Umphette.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Ohio 3 at 61, Sunbury. Chapel Mausoleum committal service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kingwood Memorial Park with the Rev. David Sizemore officiating.
