Kathy Gaye Graham, 59, of DeGraff, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 14, 2013, at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.
She was born on Nov. 15, 1953, in Welch, W.Va., to the late Darlis and Sylvia (Dunn) Fisher.
