Dear Phillip and Bryan,
I'm sorry for your loss, it's been years since I've seen your Mom and I even remember visiting your Grandma Helen as she was a dear friend of my Mom. Peace be with you both and may you hold onto the strength of the Lord through this difficult time.

To the family, words can not describe how I felt about Ms. Gloria. She was a wonderful resident to take care of, I would always go to her room and give her a kiss on her cheek and talk with her for a little while. She was just a beautiful human being and I will miss her dearly. God Bless
