Walt was one of my best friends, and I was privileged to have worked with and for him while at the City of Salisbury. Anytime I was upset or sad about something going on, he always found a way to cheer me up and make me smile.
Walt, you will be missed by many. Thank you for being a light in my sometimes darkness.
