Lawrence, Peggy *  
Peggy J. Lawrence Willards-Peggy J. Lawrence, 73, of Willards, MD, died, Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin from complications of A.L.S. Born August 26, 1943 in Salisbury, MD, she was a daughter of the late Freddie and Helen Layfield Massey. Peggy enjoyed gardening and could never pass up a good yard sale. She is survived by her husband, David W. Lawrence; one son, James C. "J.C." Fitzsimmons both of Willards; one daughter, Tina Lawrence of Snow Hill; two brother-in-law's, George Lawrence and Bruce Lawrence (Holly); one sister-in-law, Carol Simmons (Reese) and several extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Massey. A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Oren Perdue, will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Pocomoke City, where family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service. Long, Ronald *  
Ronald Wayne Long Fenwick Island, DE-Ronald Wayne Long, 77, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016. Born in Clayton, Del, he was the son of the late Wilson A. and Jane F. Long. He was a graduate of Wicomico Senior High School - class of 1958 and married Patricia A. Farlow on June 26, 1960. He worked for Bond Bread, Perdue Farms - as maintenance foreman - and self employed with his wife until 2011, when he retired due to health reasons. He was a lifetime member of AMSA (Assateague Mobile Sportsfishermen's Association), having loved the beach, fishing and just spending time around the water. He loved watching NASCAR and spending time talking with his friends. He is survived by his wife Pat and daughter Christie Ulm (Bill) of Hebron, MD; four siblings: Dean Long (Diane) of Parsonsburg, MD; Andrea Collins (David) of Parsonsburg, MD; Pam Renshaw (Glen) of Salisbury, MD; and Don Long also from Salisbury. He is also survived by special friends: Bill, Lenny, Steve and Clem. No formal service will be held. Donations can be made in his memory to the Roxana Fire Dept. at 35943 Zion Church Rd, Frankford, DE 19945. A Memorial Celebration will be held October 15, 2016 at Swann Keys Community Center from 1:00 to 5:00pm . A short service will begin at 1:30 with family visitation until 5:00pm.
