Agnes Bloodsworth Randall

Allen—Agnes Bloodsworth Randall, 73, went to be with her Lord on January 7, 2013 at her home in Allen, MD. Born in Quantico, MD she was the daughter of the late Jacob Ray and Martha E. Polk.

She was a 1957 graduate of Salisbury High School and worked as an LPN at Crownsville State Hospital for 30 years. She loved to spoil her niece and nephews and watching the soap operas.

She is survived by brothers, Johnnie Polk of Eden, Jacob Polk and his wife, Constance of Salisbury, Willie Stewart of Philadelphia, PA; niece, Annie McGee (Larry); nephews, Jacob Polk Jr., Anthony Polk (Claudette), Tyrone Polk (Nina), Michael Polk (Elaine), Jack Polk, Samuel Polk Jr. and John Rivers. She also leaves to cherish her memory her sister-in-law and good friend, Wanda Green of Miami, FL and she was extremely fond of Ethel and Ellen Stanford; two aunts, Zelda Holden and Ruth Brittingham and also a host of family and friends.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Martha Stanford, husband, Thomas Randall and a brother, Samuel O. Polk Sr.

A funeral service will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 am at Allen Friendship Church on Upper Ferry Rd. A visitation will be held Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held on Friday at Springhill Memory Garden following the service.
