Bonita Loceal Humphreys
MARDELA SPRINGS — Bonita Loceal Humphreys, 63, loving wife to Gary Thomas Humphreys of Mardela Springs, went home to be with her loving Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at 10:03 p.m. She was surrounded by her family as she took her Father's hands and made her final journey home. Born on March 18, 1949, she was the daughter of Albert Edwin and Ethel Mae Ward Sales.
Bonita was a great woman of faith and will truly be missed by all whose life she touched during her short time on this earth. Bonita was an active member of Athol Baptist Church in Mardela Springs, where she loved to play the tambourine and sing praises to her Lord and Savior.
She is survived by her loving husband, Gary Thomas Humphreys of Mardela Springs; four daughters, Crystal Dawn White, Shelley Navonna Campagnoli and husband, Dominic Campagnoli, Florence E. Gillespie and Karen Anne Livingston; 11 grandchildren, Ashley Nichole Beach, April Kaylean Humphreys, Ambur Michelle Short, Amanda Dawn Phillips, Kenneth Clarence Marvin IV, Michael Kenneth McIntyre and wife, Mallory McIntyre, Taylor Irene Croswell, Tyler Odell LeCates, Brianna Octavia Gillespie, Rahmi Thomas Bayraktar and Brendan Kyle Hostetler; and one great-grandson, Maysn Kade McIntyre; two brothers, Dalton Lee Sales and Albert Edwin Sales Jr.; two sisters, Leona Mae Sales Hill and husband, Robert Lee Hill, and Mary Louise Sales.
She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Edwin Sales Sr.; mother, Ethel Mae Ward Sales Arnold; sister, Lois Marie Sales Merritt; grandson, Jeffery Todd Willey; niece, Heather Leigh Hill; and two nephews, Christopher Robbin Hill and Kenneth Robert Holland (Kenny Bob).
The family would like to thank the entire Wicomico Hospice Team for their love, respect and care shown to her during her time of need. Special love and thanks to Mrs. Lisa Hall, CNA; nurses, Mrs. Ruth Walker and Mr. Mark Massey who helped care for her during and after
her passing. Thank you all for showing her the love that you did. Please know that you will always hold a special place in our hearts.

A funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Bounds Funeral Home at 705 E. Main Street in Salisbury. There will be a viewing today from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Howard Travers will be officiating over the service. Bonita will be laid to rest at Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.
