Demont Ryan Elsey
Salisbury—Demont Ryan Elsey, 29, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born here, he was the son of Carol Niskey McCoy and Donnie Ryan Elsey and the stepson of Sidney McCoy, Jr., all of Salisbury.
He attended the public schools of Wicomico County, graduating in 2002 from Wicomico Senior High. He also attended Wor-Wic Community College.
Demont was employed with the Holly Community (HCI) in Salisbury, MD. He was a member of Victory in Praise Worship Center and also attended John Wesley U.M. Church in Mardela Springs, MD.
He was the spokesperson for United Way Community Connection Program and their Young Leaders.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters: Tiana Stewart of Salisbury and Lakeisha (Michael) Gatling of Richmond, TX; maternal grandparents: Roy Niskey and Christina Jones, both of Salisbury; one niece: Phailyn Stewart and a host of aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles and friends.
A funeral service will be held noon, Friday, November 23, 2012 at the gymnasium of the Holly Center, 926 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD where friends may call two hours prior to service. Interment will be in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.

Funeral services are entrusted to Jolley Memorial Chapel, Salisbury.
