Janice Green Lloyd-Condon

SALISBURY-Janice Green Lloyd-Condon, 65, of Salisbury, MD passed away on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, after a long battle with breast cancer.

She was born in Princess Anne, MD, the daughter of the late Howard Green, Jr. and Juanita Green of Princess Anne. Janice received her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland. She married George Roland Condon on March 24, 1987.

Janice was involved in the medical profession most of her life. She worked for the Somerset County Health Department, Catholic Charities, and was instrumental in the beginning of the Center 4 Clean Start, under the Worcester County Health Department until her retirement.

Janice is survived by her husband George Roland Condon; her mother Juanita Green; her brother Doug Green; her sister Bev Riggin; son and his wife Rob and Cindy Lloyd; daughter and her husband, Karen and Sean McCabe; and a stepdaughter and her husband, Monica Hooks-Jones and Dan Jones. She leaves behind grandchildren, Maren and Fisher Lloyd, Marley and Jack McCabe and Ryan and Mallory Hooks.

A short service will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at Hinman's Funeral Home located in Princess Anne, with interment to follow at the VFW cemetery.

The family is requesting that donations be made to Wounded Warriors and Coastal Hospice, both of Salisbury in her honor.
