Nevaeh Danae Bishop
SALISBURY — Nevaeh Danae Bishop, 9, of Salisbury passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, unexpectedly at her home. Nevaeh was born May 25, 2002, in Salisbury, the daughter of Natassia Marie Feather of Salisbury and Jason Matthew Bishop of Delmar.
She was in the fourth grade at Pemberton Elementary School, where she was loved by many and a high level student. She enjoyed many extracurricular activities, including fishing, bowling, soccer, softball, karate, playing the violin, hitting golf balls, just being outdoors and enjoying her friends and life. She was a very giving and caring child, always happy and had a pretty smile for every occasion.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Jill E. Wilson and Robert of Kaneohe, Hawaii, and Frank Feather II and Lori of Fort Lewis, Wash.; paternal grandparents, Joseph I. Bishop Jr. and Lisa of Hebron; great-grandparents, Joseph I. Bishop Sr. and Anna of Salisbury, Elnora Adkins of Hebron, Jean Natalini of Chesterfield, Va., Albert Natalini II of Bear, and Frank Feather Sr. and Debbie of Salisbury; and
many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury, with the Revs. Wesley Fader and Thomas C. Bunting officiating. There will be a visitation Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. and also one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Interment will be in Springhill Memory Gardens near Hebron, followed by a reception at Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Salisbury.
