Vincent "Vinny" Adamovich
Salisbury—Vincent "Vinny" Adamovich, 81, of Salisbury died on November 26, 2012 at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salisbury.
Born on December 21, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of Adam and Josephine Adamovich.
Beloved husband, father and grandfather; Vinny proudly served his country in the Air Force and National Guard. He retired from Western Electric after 32 years and was a member of the American Legion Post #64. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and camping and was a member of the Delmarva Camping Club.
Vinny is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Diane; daughter, Kim H. Jones and her husband, Andy of Willards, MD; three brothers, Samuel Adamovich of Queens, NY, John Adamovich and his wife, Rishika of Palm Coast, FL, George Adamovich and his wife, Tanya of Bellmore, NY; two grandchildren, Kayden and Gage Jones of Willards; his beloved dog, Lucy and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Adam Adamovich.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 11 am at Holloway Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
