Erma opened a new chapter in her life when she accepted Jesus Christ into her heart in 1975. She attended Delmarva Evangelistic Church for many years, and most recently was a regular attendee at Ocean City Worship Center.

Preceding Erma in death are her parents; an infant sister; a brother; a son, Joseph Daniel Kilgore; and just ten months ago, her husband of 48 years, Leo Harold (Bud) Kilgore.

She is survived by her brother, Alan Marvel and wife, Debra, of Secretary; daughters, Diana Lynn Moore and husband, Bill, of Salisbury, Natalie Elaine Adams and husband, Mike, of Tulsa, Okla., Sandra Renee Callahan and husband, Keene, of Denton, Tracy Dee Kilgore of Cambridge; and her son Samuel David Kilgore and his wife, Carrie, of Berlin. Erma was very adept at building websites, which started as a hobby and ended as a ministry of love to many friends and family. She also enjoyed composing Bible studies and shared them with others, offering hope and encouragement to all.

A memorial service will be held at Delmarva Evangelistic Church on Sunday at 2 p.m.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Worcester County Humane Society, 12330 Eagle's Nest Road, Ocean City, 21811.
