Salisbury—Betty M. Nutter, 90, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Wicomico Nursing Home in Salisbury.
She was born December 12, 1921 in Mardela Springs, a daughter of the late Mack and Hilda Bradley.
Mrs. Nutter retired as an occupational therapist at Deer's Head Hospital Center in Salisbury. She was a member of Old School Baptist Church in Salisbury.
She is survived by a daughter, Vicki Hoeben (Henri); eight grandchildren; Ralph Kimes (Peggy), Denise Horner (Steve), Gene Kimes, Brad Kimes (Ginny), Lisa Hoeben, Lori Hastings (fiancé, Hugh Crockett), Lindsay Hoeben, and Linda Hoeben; 9 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Linwood Nutter; two daughters, Linda Wise and Edith Nutter; and a sister, Virginia Bradley.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at the Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Elder Elbert Robbins will officiate. Interment will follow at Mardela Memorial Cemetery.
