Princess Anne-CHRISTOPHER BERRY STREET, known to friends and family as "Chris", passed peacefully on Thursday morning, February 6th, 2014.

Chris was born in Salisbury MD on November 9,1949 to Robert C. Street Sr. and his wife, Janet E. Street. He graduated from Austin-Cate Academy in Stafford, New Hampshire, but spent most of his life living in Princess Anne, MD. Throughout his life, he had many adventures and loves. His travels took him throughout the many elevations of the United States, from exploring the Grand Canyon to cruising the muddy waters of the Mississippi on the Delta Queen steamboat. Later he traveled across the pond with his family touring many countries in Europe, as well as exotic ones like Russia and Iceland.

Chris was a wonderful and bright son, brother and uncle. His smile was contagious and his incredible gift of knowledge inspired everyone who knew him. Collecting stamps was one of his favorite past times as well as studying history; particularly the CIvil War, WWII, U.S. Presidents an political leaders. Chris was a member of Antioch Methodist Church in Princess Anne MD and also was an avid baseball fan of the Baltimore Orioles.

Chris is survived by his devoted mother, Janet E. Street, brother Robert C. Street Jr. (wife Ann) of Princess Anne MD; niece Kelli Street (husband Edvin Besic) of Miami FL; aunt & uncle Betty and Robert Eby of Solomon's Island MD and several cousins. His father, Robert C Street Sr. preceded him in death in 2007.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2014 at 12pm at Hinman Funeral Home in Princess Anne, MD where friends may call from 11:00 to 12:00 PM. The Rev. James Doran will officiate. Interment will be in St. Andrews Episcopal Cemetery in Princess Anne.
